Meatballs

2 lbs. ground beef

2 cups breadcrumbs

2 ea.  whole eggs

¼ cup  fresh parsley 

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. pepper

1 tsp. garlic powder

¼ cup  romano cheese

½ cup  oil

Chop parsley. Mix breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and garlic powder in a large bowl.  In another bowl beat eggs, add chopped parsley and romano cheese, mix well

Add egg mixture to chop meat and mix well.

Then add breadcrumb mixture to chop meat one cup at a time and mix until breadcrumbs are combined with the chop meat. 

Shape into balls and fry in oil until brown. 

 

Marinara Sauce

2 tbs. Virgin Olive Oil 

4 Cloves Garlic 

1 Can Tomato Sauce 

1 Tsp. Ground Garlic 

1 Tsp. Ground Onion  

2 Tsp. Chopped Onion 

1 Tsp. SALT

1 Tsp. PEPPER

2 FRESH BASIL LEAF

1 TBL. FRESH PARSLEY

2 TBL. LICOTELLI ROMANO

 

Mince garlic.  In a large sauce pan, brown the garlic in oil.

Add the tomatoe sauce and all the other ingredients. Simmer for 2hours.
