PHOENIX -- Phoenix police say the driver killed in a rollover crash early Sunday morning was likely impaired.

The driver reportedly lost control of the Dodge Neon while heading west on Northern Avenue. The vehicle jumped a curb near 35th Avenue, struck a flag pole, flipped and hit a Papa John's restaurant.

Phoenix police spokesman Sgt. Steve Martos said no other vehicles were involved, and there were no passengers in the car.
