PHOENIX -- "Nolan the Colon," a giant walk-through colon, will be on display at a free, open to the public, colon cancer education and prevention event on Saturday, Sept. 13.

Hosted by Cancer Treatment Centers of America (CTCA) - in conjunction with the American Cancer Society and Colon Cancer Alliance, the event will provide attendees with important information regarding colon cancer and steps to take in prevention.

Dr. David Boyd, intake physician and director of primary care medicine at CTCA, took 3TV's Javier Soto on a tour of Nolan, and shared some important information about colon cancer diagnosis, treatment, and prevention.
