Lobster Grilled Cheese & Bacon Sandwich

Ingredients:

4 Slices Challah Bread

8 Slices of Cooked Apple Wood Bacon

2 Whole Tomatoes sliced

4 sliced of Smoked Gouda Cheese

4 Slices of Swiss cheese

¼ Pound Butter (room tempature)

1 Poblano chili (Roasted & Peeled)

4 Ounces Lobster Meat

 

Procedure:

Heat large skillet butter one side of challah bread, place in skillet, then add gouda cheese, begin layering with bacon, lobster, tomato, poblano and finish with Swiss Cheese, butter top side of challah bread and place on top of sandwich, remember butter side out, once sandwich turns golden brown,  approximately 2-4 minutes then flip sandwich and continue cooking for an additional 2- 4 minutes, until golden brown.

 

Lobster Quinoa Tabouli Salad

Ingredients:

½ Cup Peas

1 Cup Parsley (chopped)

½ cup-Mint (Chopped)

2 Cups Quinoa 9cooked)

2 Tomatoes (diced)

2 Tablespoons Radish (Julienne Style)

¼ Cup- Cucumber (Julienne Style)

2 Lemons (Juice Only)

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

Pinch of Sriracha Chili Sauce

6 8  Romaine Lettuce Spears

 

Procedure:

In one bowl toss lobster, radish, siracha and cucumbers place to the side.  Place spears on plate, in a separate bowl mix all remaining ingredients, serve over Romaine Spears and top with lobster mixture.
