PARADISE VALLEY, Ariz. (AP) -- A shirtless man believed to be under the influence of drugs and alcohol has been arrested for allegedly breaking into a Paradise Valley home. Paradise Valley police say 45-year-old Christopher Fulton fled the scene after officers arrived at a home Thursday night but was taken into custody at a nearby intersection. They say Fulton told officers he was extremely high on methamphetamines and had been drinking vodka. Police say Fulton was taken to a hospital following his arrest because of an accelerated heart rate and the presence of drugs and alcohol in his system. Police say no items appeared to be taken from the home and no other houses in the area appear to have been burglarized.
