PHOENIX -- Most of us are used to seeing ASU quarterback Taylor Kelly on the football field. But 3TV's Gina Maravilla decided to chat with Kelly off the field, and find out more about the guy behind the helmet.

"I got my undergraduate degree in educational studies," he says. " I want to teach when I'm older, coach, work around Boys and Girls' Clubs and work around kids and give back."

He is also working on his master's degree. "It's a brand new master's program at ASU, and it's a sports law and business program," he tells Gina. "I'm very excited. We have a couple of football players in it; and I'm very excited to get rolling with it this fall."

"So when you're not playing football, and you're not studying, what do you like to do to unwind?" Gin asked.

"I used to like to race cars, but Coach Graham retired me," he says. "You know, hang out with some teammates, my family, relax, play some video games. When I'm home, go out to the lake, do a lot of outdoor stuff."We also learned that he likes pumpkin pie, country music and describes his style as dressed up if he's going out, but relaxed if he's not. "When I'm just hanging out, regular basketball shorts, and some sandals."

And sorry, ladies. Kelly says he does have a girlfriend.
