The art of toe-reading; what your toes say about you

PHOENIX -- You've heard of having your palm read, your horoscope read, and your tarot cards read. But these days, If you want better insight into your life, you might want to consider having your toes read!

The practice of toe-reading is becoming more popular. A toe reading can help you unlock secrets from your past, as well as help you get on track in the present.

On Tuesday's Good Morning Arizona, Heidi Goitia met with skilled toe reader Barbara Mays, who says your toes and feet can tell a lot about you.

She happened upon toe reading when she was studying reflexology. "This is kind of the metaphysical side of reflexology," she says.

She tells us that feet can reveal many things about a person. For example, each one of our toes represent an element in our lives. "I call toe reading the ultimate treasure hunt," Mays says.

Here are some things your toes may be saying about you:

Long second toe
-Indicates leadership qualities. Rulers from ancient Egyptian and Hawaiian royal dynasties all had long second toes.You need to be in charge.
