Surprise police ask for public's help to identify suspect

SURPRISE, Ariz. – Surprise police are asking for the public's help to identify a suspect who used a resident's credit/debit card to conduct multiple unauthorized transactions in the East Valley.

More than $1,700 in unauthorized transactions were made at several stores in the Mesa and Tempe areas between May 16 and May 18, according to Sgt. Mike Donovan.

The suspect has many arm and leg tattoos, which are visible in surveillance photos released by police, and was seen leaving in a dark four-door Chevrolet sedan.
