PHOENIX -- An electrical fire forced the partial evacuation of a Phoenix nursing home Wednesday morning.

The fire was in an electrical vault inside the boiler room of the single-story nursing home near Sheridan and 24th streets, according to Capt. Ruben Saavedra with the Phoenix Fire Department.

Saavedra said crews contained the fire to the vault and moved all the residents to a safe area in the building.

No residents were injured.

Firefighters are working with APS to restore power to the facility.
