TEMPE, Ariz. -- Tempe police arrested three 18-year-olds in connection with a string of apartment burglaries.

Chris Vega and Noah Cobbs are accused of burglarizing multiple second-story apartments in Tempe and Nathaniel Goudeau allegedly helped get rid of the stolen property, according to police.

Lt. Michael Pooley said Vega and Cobbs told police they committed the burglaries and gave details about them, including residents they ran into while inside the apartments. They told police they would target only those apartments that were found to be unsecured and easily accessed.

Vega and Cobbs face multiple counts of residential burglary, attempted burglary, trafficking stolen property and trespassing.

Goudeau faces trafficking stolen property and possession of stolen property charges.

The investigation is ongoing and anyone with additional information is asked to contact the Tempe Police Department.
