Available now through the end of August, enjoy a trio of $8 summer lunch specials, including a hearty spinach salad or a crisp summer wrap, both featuring grilled chicken breast. Pair with a trio of crisp, refreshing $7.50 summer drink specials, such as an adult fruit punch spiked with Jim Beam, Sloe gin and Amaretto, or a classic Blue Hawaiian cocktail.

TEXAZ Grill's summer lunch specials are available Monday - Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., while the summer drink specials are available daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Smoked turkey salad


-1 lb. smoked turkey breasts -- chopped
-2 1/4  tsp. chicken bouillon -- paste
-1 1/2 cup celery -- minced
-1/2 cup onion -- minced
-1 tsp. white pepper
-3/4  cup pecans -- toasted
-1 dash Tabasco sauce
-3/4  cup mayonnaise
Add all items except mayo to food processor and chop until well blended.  Bind with mayo.
