The Arizona State University football team takes the field for the first time this fall on Friday, August 1.

There are very high expectations for the Sun Devils entering their third season under head coach Todd Graham. ASU won the Pac-12 South last year but fell short of capturing the conference title and going to the Rose Bowl.

Quarterback Taylor Kelly is also entering his third season at the helm of the Devils high powered and high scoring offense.

The senior QB is not only one of the best in the conference but is also receiving high praise from all over the country for the way he commands the Sun Devils.

Kelly’s top target last year was first year wide receiver Jaelen Strong.

Taylor talks about forming a bond with Strong on and off the field that help lead the Devils offense, it is a bond that Kelly hopes will continue to help carry the offense.

Another important part of the offense is running back DJ Foster. Foster’s role in the offensive will be expanded as Todd Graham has been saying he wants the running back to get 25-30 touches a game.

DJ knew with his hard work and dedication to the sport, accolades and a bigger role would come with it.
