PHOENIX -- Could you live in a home that's 700 square feet? How about less than 700 square feet?
While tiny homes have been around since the 1920s, only recently have they become desirable among homebuyers.

Prices rise while wages stay about the same leaving many people unable to buy homes. The option of tiny homes, however, makes homeownership a realistic option.
As 3TV's Heidi Goitia found out, it's all about simplifying and living efficiently.
