PHOENIX -- For many children, teenagers and even college kids, summertime usually means going to bed very late and waking up close to noon or later.

With school back in session in a couple of weeks, how can we reset their sleep pattern? Equally important, how do we get their brain going again so it's sharp and ready to tackle school work?
