PHOENIX -- Thursday morning started off with light showers across parts of the Valley, but that's likely the last rain we'll see for a while.
A mix of clouds and blue sky is expected for a partly sunny afternoon and a high of 107 degrees. Storm chances are low today, and should stay limited to the high country. Monsoon moisture is being replaced by dry air working it's way east across Arizona today. Dew points will tumble and it will feel less humid outside. Look for highs near 106-107 degrees all the way through the weekend with very slim storm chances in the Valley.
Storm chances and humidity return early next week as high pressure repositions itself over the Four Corners region, bringing a return of monsoon moisture and possibly much warmer afternoon temperatures. Highs at or above 110 degrees are possible by next Tuesday.
