PHOENIX -- After an active evening across Arizona, it's a quiet start to Wednesday for most of the state.
Because of last night's activity and thick cloud cover across the Valley this morning, storm chances are only at about 20 percent today.
Heavy rain and strong winds will be the primary threats from storms that develop.
Storm chances remain at about 20 percent tomorrow, with slight chances continuing through the weekend as well.
Look for an afternoon high of only 100 degrees today. We'll warm to about 103 tomorrow and be a bit warmer near 107 by the weekend.
