Gov. Jan Brewer will visit the Virginia G. Piper Cancer Center at Scottsdale Healthcare for a ceremonial signing of House Bill 2078, which requires Arizona to have cost parity for oral anticancer drugs. Beginning Jan. 1, 2016, HB 2078, sponsored by Representative Heather Carter, requires health insurance companies with plans that cover intravenous (IV) anticancer treatments and oral anticancer treatments to not discriminate against oral treatments by way of higher co-payments, deductibles or coinsurance.

Pizza Kid Camp
Humble Pie in Peoria is doing Summer Pizza Camps for Kids in July. It is $10 per kid and each "graduate" will receive a certificate for $10 to come back and use at Humble Pie.
The camp happens every Tuesday is July at 10 a.m..
Kids (ages 6-12 recommended but will make exceptions) are invited to come in, grab and apron and learn how to make a pizza. They are given a sneak peek at the kitchen, the cooler(which excites all children) and they are able to make an bake their own pizza.
