PHOENIX -- One of most popular seafood restaurants in Phoenix, Bluewater Grill brings Martha's Vineyard and Maine to the desert with its monthlong New England Lobster and Clambake celebration every July.

Bluewater Grill general manager Jeff Martineau, a New England native, and executive chef Jamie Gallimore stops by to chat with 3TV's Scott Pasmore and show viewers how they can create their own  backyard lobster and clambake.

The Bluewater Grill New England Lobster & Clambake features steamed Maine lobster, Manila clams, fresh corn on the cob, baby red potatoes, crispy coleslaw, drawn butter - and a lobster bib, of course. The limited-time feast is available on the menu at Bluewater Grill Phoenix throughout July.
