PARADISE VALLEY, Ariz. -- Police are now offering up to $3,000 for information leading to an arrest in the April stabbing death of a Paradise Valley man.

The Paradise Valley Police Department said earlier this month that investigators were following up on leads, but they have not yet identified a suspect.

The Silent Witness reward was initially set at $1,000.

Michael Gilman, 68, was found dead April 29 at his home in a gated community near 54th Street and Lincoln Drive. He was reportedly found by his personal assistant, who called 911 shortly before 5 p.m.

Gilman was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police said he lived alone.
