MESA, Ariz. -- When she was 8 years old, Sierra Blair-Coyle saw a rock-climbing wall at Desert Ridge Marketplace, tried it, fell in love with it.

She's been rock climbing ever since, and now, at 20, she is a professional.

Blair-Coyle leaves for a World Cup in Toronto next week, but she showed us a few of her "Spider-Man" moves at Focus Climbing Center, the Mesa gym where she works out.

3TV's Heidi Goitia got on the wall, but did not even try to keep up. Had she not been wearing flip-flops and skinny jeans and reaching for a microphone while climbing, we know she would have nailed it. (Big points for a valiant effort.)
