PHOENIX -- Professional organizer Bridges Conner explained how you can cut the clutter in your house by organizing your mail. The key is to do it when you bring it in.

To help cut down on junk mail, Conner uses a free smartphone app call PaperKarma.

"PaperKarma lets you take photos of the unwanted mail you want to stop," according to the website. "Snap a photo, and you're done. We automatically contact the Mailer and remove you from their distribution list. PaperKarma can stop most unwanted mail that is addressed directly to you."

Conner said it's easy to use.

The app is available on the AppStore and Google Play.
