PHOENIX -- A 28-year-old man, who told police he teaches dance, has been arrested after he admitted to having sex with a 15-year-old girl.
Terrance Andrei Fizer is facing charges of sexual conduct with a minor, luring a minor for sex, sexual abuse and furnishing obscene material to minors.
The incident allegedly occurred on April 3. It was reported to police by the girl's parents on May 1.
According to court documents, the girl's parents confronted Fizer at their Phoenix home. Fizer was injured when the parents physically detained him until police arrived.
Police said Fizer drove the girl to his residence and they had sex in his bedroom.
Fizer told police he knew the girl was 15 and what he did was wrong. The two had also exchanged sexually explicit text messages prior to the incident, according to investigators.
The suspect also told police he had a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old girl when he was 22-years-old. That was in Avondale, Ariz. Fizer said he met that girl while he was teaching dance for a school function at a high school.
Court documents list Bricks Studio as Fizer's place of employment. It's not clear what his job is or how long he was worked there.
