PHOENIX -- Police are searching for a man who threatened a Phoenix city bus driver with a knife.

About 6:45 a.m. April 27, the man was reportedly arguing with the driver over a reduced-fare card and pulled out a large hunting-style knife.

Police say he followed the driver down the aisle of the bus, threatening her with the knife, and fled toward an apartment complex near 57th Avenue and Thomas Road.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic man, about 5 feet 3 inches tall, with a medium build, bald head and thin black mustache.
