Cool, windy conditions headed toward Arizona

PHOENIX -- A strong cold front will move across Arizona on Saturday, bringing widespread showers to mainly northern portions of the state, but also very windy conditions and much cooler temperatures.

Highs around metro Phoenix will probably only be in the low 70s.

The chance for rain around Phoenix is about 30 percent but if you live in the northern or eastern portions of the Valley, you have a slightly better chance to see rain Saturday.

In northern Arizona, the highest elevations will even see a bit of wet snow as the system moves rapidly through the state.
