PHOENIX -- A strong spring storm is headed toward Arizona. Today will be calm, sunny and warmer, with a Valley high of about 91 degrees. Tonight, look for mostly clear skies and lows in the 60s.

Tomorrow, we'll see high clouds begin to move in and winds will pick up during the afternoon hours. Tomorrow afternoon and evening, look for Valley winds between 10 and 20 mph out of the southwest. We could see some areas of blowing dust.

Rain chances begin Friday night and last throughout the day on Saturday, but chances are better for Northern Arizona. Some of that rain will switch to snow, too for a light dusting in spots like Flagstaff.

The Valley has a 30 percent chance of showers Saturday, but measurable rain isn't too likely. Stronger winds are likely on Saturday, with blowing dust again a concern. Mostly cloudy skies and cooler temperatures are also forecast with a high of just 74 degrees on Saturday. Overnight lows will drop to the mid 40s to mid 50s Saturday night into Sunday morning as the storm moves out.

Sunday afternoon will be pretty pleasant with mostly sunny skies and temperatures in the upper 70s.
