Man stabbed in Glendale neighborhood

GLENDALE, Ariz. – Glendale police are investigating a stabbing that occurred in a residential neighborhood Wednesday morning.

Police received a 911 call of a stabbing in the area of 63rd Avenue and Mountain View Road shortly after 10 a.m., according to Officer Tracey Breeden.

Responding officers found a 21-year-old man on the sidewalk with stab wounds to his body.

The man was treated at the scene and transported to a local hospital. His condition is not life-threatening.

The person responsible for the stabbing is unknown and police do not have any suspect information to release at this time.
