PHOENIX -- In order to be the best, you need to train with the best.

“Every one of our trainers is either an ex-professional athlete or has played at the college level,” said Paul Wilson with Red Line Athletics.

Training with the best is exactly what you get at the new facility near Hayden Road and Raintree Drive in Scottsdale.

“They've been at that little league level, they've been at that high school level, college level, professional level, so they know each level that these kids are going through and how to teach them and adapt to it,” Wilson said.

The cost varies, depending on a professional evaluation and then a program designed around the athlete.

“You can come in any hour and get in training. You don't have set hours which gives a lot of flexibility for the parent and the athlete both,” Wilson said.

Another perk that’s specific to Arizona is that most of the training is inside and not outside during our sweltering summer temperatures.

“I guarantee you'll see improvement,” Wilson said.
