PHOENIX -- Police are searching for a man who robbed a woman Wednesday outside a Phoenix business where she works.

Police said the man used a stun gun-like device to shock the woman until she surrendered a bag of cash.

She was carrying a cash deposit into The Gold Rush Store near Dunlap and 43rd avenues shortly before 1 p.m. when she was attacked.

Police said the man was apparently lying in wait.

He is described as a black man between 20 and 30 years old, about 6 feet to 6 feet 2 inches tall with a thin build.
