PEORIA, Ariz. – Peoria police detectives arrested five people after serving a search warrant at a home near Cactus Road and 79th Avenue Wednesday morning.

The warrant was part of a month-long investigation into the sale of drugs from the home on the 7900 block of Kirby Street.

Detectives found heroin, crystal meth, marijuana, drug paraphernalia and a stolen motorcycle, according to Peoria police spokeswoman Amanda Jacinto.

Four people inside the home were arrested and face possession charges. They have been identified as Scott Neely, 41; Consuelo Reyna, 44; Santos Garcia, 23; and Alexandra Reyna, 29. A fifth person, Frank Miranda, 49, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

Jacinto said over the past couple of months, the Peoria Police Department has been working to improve the community where these arrests were made. Officers have been working closely with residents to form positive relationships and help improve the area through community events and through enforcement.
