PHOENIX (AP) -- Phoenix police are searching for suspects after two men were found on the street with gunshot wounds.

Sgt. Steve Martos says both men were walking near 3rd Avenue and Kelton Lane at about 9 p.m. Saturday when a brown vehicle pulled up.

Martos says someone in the car, which was carrying three Hispanic men in their 40s, shot at them.

Martos says investigators believe the motive was robbery.

Police say both victims are listed in stable condition.
