PHOENIX (AP) -- An April 21 trial has been scheduled for a plastic surgeon accused of breaking into a Scottsdale medical office to steal medicinal cocaine.

Dr. Paul Kenneth Holden has pleaded not guilty to a felony burglary charge.

Authorities say the 42-year-old Holden sneaked into a medical practice that shares the same building as his office to steal five vials of the drug.

Police say a woman who was cleaning the office late at night in July discovered Holden hiding behind a metal rack in a hall next to the pharmacy.

The woman says Holden chased her until he assured her that nothing abnormal was going on.

Holden then went into the pharmacy while the woman resumed her work.

Authorities say people who worked at the building recognized Holden from security footage.
