Scotch Eggs


2 Scotch eggs
2 oz. horseradish cream sauce
1 green leaf lettuce
1/10 oz. chopped parsley


1. Deep fry Scotch eggs for four minutes.

2. Pull eggs from the fryer and shake off excess oil.

3. Portion horseradish cream sauce in a soufflé cup and place it at 6 o' clock on the small plate.

4. Place green leaf lettuce at 12 o' clock.

5. Cut the Scotch eggs in half and place them as the picture shows.

6. Garnish with chopped parsley.

My Nana's Best Tasting Salsa Challenge is the largest annual fundraiser for the Arizona Hemophilia Association. The Arizona Hemophilia Association is a volunteer-based 501c(3) non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for people with inherited bleeding disorders, while advocating for a cure.

"Empty the Shelter" Adopt-a-thon

On March 8, over 50 dogs and cats will be up for adoption from the Arizona Animal Welfare League and AZ Furry Friends. Piggy Poo rescue will also be on site with adoptable guinea pigs looking for new homes.

This family-friendly adoption event will feature something for everyone. Starting at 1 p.m., these adoptable pets will strut their stuff down the runway in hopes of catching the eye of their potential new pet parent. They'll be dressed to the nines in Petco's spring fashion line and will be available for adoption up until 3 p.m.

Other event activities include: Hamster derby races at noon, ferret races at 2 p.m., arts and crafts for kids, a raffle, games, and free giveaways.
