Chicken Teriyaki

4 Servings

2 lb. chicken breast cut into chunks
1 tsp cooking oil
1/2 cup all purpose flour

Teriyaki Sauce:

3 oz. Soy sauce
3 oz. Mirin
6 oz. Water
2 oz. Sugar
2 pieces Garlic (minced)
1 oz. Ginger (grated & chopped)

3 tbsp corn/potato starch & 1/4 cup water mixture

1.Heat a medium size fry pan on med-high heat.
2.Take chicken breast pieces and dip into all purpose flour to lightly coat. Put cooking oil into frying pan and place chicken pieces into the pan. Cook until golden brown. Turn heat to low.
3.Combine teriyaki sauce ingredients into a medium sauce pan and heat boiling, slowing mix in water and starch mixture lower heat until sauce thickens.
4.Pour desired amount of sauce onto chicken in the frying pan and lightly toss.
