SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. -- For kids, spring training can be a chance to meet the big leaguers. Kids can sometimes talk to their favorite players before the game and if you're lucky, even score an autograph.

But each team and park are different.

At Salt River Fields, the park was designed so that fans and players have as much interaction with each other as possible.

The Diamondback organization is proud of how accessible their players are to fans, and most games you will find almost all of the players signing autographs for young fans.

Players say they're happy to chat with fans because they remember being young fans themselves.
