Sprinkles Cupcakes Candace's Cupcake Challenge
From Jan. 20 - Feb. 7
Local students can submit their cake and frosting recipes. Founder of Sprinkles, Candace Nelson, will then choose her favorite three recipes which be baked and sold at Sprinkles Scottsdale (4501 N. Scottsdale Rd.) Feb. 24-28. The challenge is open to any elementary student in Maricopa County.
The public can cast their vote by buying their favorite cupcake Feb. 24-28. The school with the student's top selling cupcake will receive $1,000 cash donation and a cupcake party for the entire school. The second and third best-selling cupcakes will each receive a cupcake party for the submitting classroom and cash donations to the school for $500 and $250 respectively.
