PHOENIX – A woman accused of running a red light and causing a fatal crash at a Phoenix bus stop last year has pleaded guilty in the case.Elsa Olivares, 23, pleaded guilty to manslaughter and aggravated assault on Tuesday. Sentencing is set for Feb. 14.A 50-year-old man was killed and another person was injured in the May 13 accident.Phoenix police said Olivares ran a red light at 27th Avenue and Indian School Road. She swerved to avoid two cars, veered off the road and slammed into the bus stop.Harry Cleveland was sitting on the bus bench when the car hit it. Police said he took the brunt of the impact and died about an hour later at a local hospital.Olivares and her passenger ran off after accident, but she later turned herself in to police. Police said Olivares admitted to being under the influence of drugs and alcohol at the time of the crash.
