TEMPE, Ariz. -- Police arrested a man and his girlfriend after the man allegedly grabbed a woman's breast at a bar on Saturday night.

It happened just after 11:30 p.m. at the Vintage Bar & Grill at 414 South Mill Avenue.

Benjamin Yazzie, 24, is facing a felony charge of sexual abuse. His girlfriend, Tiffany Kee, is accused of misdemeanor disorderly conduct.

Sgt. Mike Pooley with the Tempe Police Dept. said it happened after Yazzie was denied entrance to the bar because he appeared to be extremely drunk.

"They tried to get in. Apparently he had been drinking quite a bit. He was already very well intoxicated," said Sgt. Pooley.

That is when Yazzie walked up to a woman, told her that she looked like somebody from the "Teen Mom" television show, and grabbed her breast.

Security guards immediately detained Yazzie. Kee got involved by jumping on the back of one of the security guards.

"He [Yazzie] didn't even remember the incident. He thought he was breaking up a fight. He didn't even know what he had just done and that's violating this young lady."

Police said multiple independent witnesses gave similar accounts of the incident.

"Nobody has the right to go up to another person and grab them inappropriately," said Sgt. Pooley. "If that does happen it's important that you call the police department immediately."
