Hit-and-run crash injures woman, two toddlers who were crossing street

PHOENIX -- A hit-and-run crash in the West Valley Friday evening left a woman and two little girls injured.

According to crews on the scene, the trio was crossing the street at 51st Avenue and Glenrosa when a car struck them, then took off.

The victims are said to be a 24-year-old woman and two young girls, ages one and three. The girls were taken to Phoenix Children's Hospital.

There's no word on the extent of their injuries.
