Your Life A to Z Recipe: Friday, January 3rd, 2014

Kimchi

Ingredients                                            Quantity
Napa Cabbage                                     1cs
Green Onion Tops (1inch pieces)    1bag
Green Onion (white minced)             1bag
Fish Sauce                                            2cp
Chili Flake                                             1cp
Daikon (julienne)                                 2cs
Garlic (minced)                                    2cp
Ginger (minced)                                   1cp
House Sriracha                                    2cp
Salt                                                          1/4cp
   
Procedure
Cut Cabbage down to 1inch pieces
Soak Cabbage in salt water for 45min. 4cp Salt to 12qt water make sure salt is fully dissolved     
Mix all ingredients and let sit out overnight
Adjust seasoning next day
