Man pulls gun in convenience store beer theft

PHOENIX -- Police are searching for two men who committed an armed robbery at a convenience store.

The robbery, which was captured on surveillance video, happened on Nov. 3 at the QT on Camelback Road and 99th Avenue.

Police say at approximately 1:44 a.m. the suspects walked into the QT store and grabbed 4 30-packs of beer.

One man placed the beer on the counter while the other man stood behind him. That's when one of the men pulled out a gun and racked the slide and they both walked out of the store with the beer.

The suspects then fled in a late 90's silver Ford F-150 pickup truck.

One suspect is described as a Hispanic male, 20 to 30 years old, 6 feet tall and 210 pounds. The other suspect is described as a Hispanic male 20 to 30 years old, five feet nine inches tall and 180 to 190 pounds.
