PHOENIX -- After a pleasant weekend, temperatures will get even warmer across Arizona this week.
Skies will stay mostly clear with mid and high clouds streaming in from the west from time to time over the next few days. The average high temperatures for this time of year is 65 degrees, but we'll be 10 degrees above that today in the Valley with a forecast high of 75 degrees.
Temperatures warm even more tomorrow with a high of about 78 degrees. Overnight lows stay mild in the 40s and low 50s.
Afternoon temperatures fall to the low 70s Thursday before a storm is forecast to move through the state Friday. At this point, there's a 20 percent chance for the Valley Friday and Friday night with a slight chance of showers early Saturday, too. Snow in the high country could start Thursday night and continue into the weekend.
