FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. -- A man was arrested Friday at Flagstaff High School after he allegedly caused a disturbance in the administration office.

Police arrested John Hett, 19, on suspicion of trespassing, resisting an officer, and disrupting an educational facility.

According to police, Hett visited the school Friday and refused to sign in or provide a reason for his visit.

A school staff member called the Flagstaff Police Department, and two officers arrived within one minute of the call, police said.

Upon arrival, officers found Hett talking with a school administrator and began placing him under arrest.

The officers briefly struggled with the man, who allegedly tried to resist the arrest.

During the struggle, a school administrator placed the school on lockdown as a precaution.

The lockdown was lifted after police handcuffed Hett and escorted him from the campus.

No one was injured.
