PHOENIX -- After a weekend of unsettled, wet and cool weather, Arizona is in for a nice warm-up, just in time for Thanksgiving.
High pressure will build in over the Southwest through midweek, gradually bringing temperatures back to normal for this time of year.
Today, look for clear skies and a high of about 66 degrees. Overnight lows will once again be chilly, dipping to the 40s across the Valley.
The rest of the week will bring low 70s for afternoon highs and mid 40s to mid 50s for overnight lows under clear skies. Thanksgiving will be spent in the low 70s in the Valley and in the 50s and 60s in the high country.
A storm could bring some wet weather to California on Thursday, but no rain is expected in Arizona.
We'll see some cloud cover Friday through the weekend, but at this point, dry weather is in the forecast.
