KINGMAN, Ariz. (AP) -- A Kingman man is facing aggravated assault charges after he allegedly spanked his daughter and chopped off her hair as punishment.Mohave County sheriff's deputies arrested 30-year-old Jason Lloyd Hartwick after responding to a domestic dispute.Sheriff's spokeswoman Trish Carter says Hartwick's wife told deputies she got upset with her husband after learning he had cut her daughter's hair.The 10-year-old girl told authorities she hit her eye when Hartwick pulled her out of a chair. She also reported being spanked with a shoe.Deputies were also told Hartwick damaged the oldest daughter's cellphone when she tried to call police.Carter says Hartwick told deputies nothing happened other than an argument.Hartwick was booked into the Mohave County Jail on Tuesday.
