SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. -- Gov. Jan Brewer and the city of Scottsdale will play host to the who's who of the Republican Party this week.

New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, Texas Gov. Rick Perry, New Mexico Gov. Susana Martinez and Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal are just a few of the bigwigs in town for the Republican Governors Association annual meeting.

There will be some potential contenders for the White House in the Valley the next few days.

While we are a long way away from knowing who will make a run for the presidency in 2016. There continues to be a lot of speculation surrounding Christie.

While he isn't likely to make any announcement about that while he's in the Valley, Christie will add a title to his name while he's in town. He will take over as chairman of the Republican Governors Association.

"It's really going to be interesting to see how they all get along because I think they'd all like to run for president in 2016," said Republican political consultant Wes Gullett.

The meeting kicks off Tuesday afternoon with a fundraiser.
