Lee Charles Lubonne, 44, was in court Thursday where he entered a not guilty plea to charges of sexual assault, sexual abuse, and kidnapping.
PHOENIX (AP) -- A Litchfield Park man accused in a sexual assault case has been sentenced to probation.
Maricopa County prosecutors say 44-year-old Lee Charles Lubonne was sentenced Wednesday to six years of probation for child abuse and a concurrent three-year probation term for child prostitution.
Lubonne was arrested in May on suspicion of sexual assault, kidnapping and sexual abuse.
County sheriff's officials say a 33-year-old woman called 911 claiming Lubonne kidnapped and sexually assaulted her in his home.
The woman told authorities she was contacted through the internet by Lubonne, who was seeking her professional services as a photographer. She says she was drugged, forcibly undressed and sexually assaulted.
Deputies served a search warrant on Lubonne's home and seized items including online profiles of women and girls from social networking websites.
