Gastrique Turkey Tacos
Saute leftover turkey and a handful of finely cut cilantro in olive oil

Gastrique Sauce
1 cup of Sweet Thai Chili Sauce
1 cup white granulated sugar
1 cup of rice wine vinegar
½ cup of fresh lime juice
4 tablespoons of mince garlic
2 tablespoons of mince ground ginger (fresh is suggested but you may use dry ginger)
1 tablespoon of Sriracha
1 tablespoon of kosher salt
(whisk all ingredients and chill)

Gastrique Slaw 
1 bag of  shredded purple and green cabbage
1 bag of shredded carrots
1 red bell pepper (julienned)
1 green bell pepper (julienned)
3 bunches of cilantro (chopped)
8 ounce bag of cranberries
Optional (added to slaw)
1 bag of broccoli slaw (for hardiness)
Sprinkle black sesame seeds (for presentation)
****Add Gastrique Sauce to the slaw
*****Warm flour or corn tortilla
*****Put turkey in the tortilla add slaw over the turkey and serve
