Sweet Potato and Roasted Red Pepper Soup

3 to 4 peeled and cut-up sweet potatoes
A bit of garlic and paprika to taste (You can also add chili flakes if you want a little spice.)
Cut up about half an onion and a few carrots
2-3 cut roasted red peppers
Add a small amount of lime juice, cup and a half of chicken stock and a cup of heavy cream. Let simmer for a while until everything is soft. You can then run it through a blender, reheat and add sour cream, parsley, chopped almonds and some shredded peppers on top.
