GLENDALE -- All 412 civilian workers at Luke Air Force Base were told Sunday that they are to report back to work Monday.

According to Luke Air Force Base spokesman Capt. Tristan Hinderliter, a letter was sent out to all furloughed civilian workers informing them of the decision. Hinderliter also said that the returning employees would be paid.

The civilian workers had been furloughed since October 1st, when the government shutdown began.
