Chef Country Velador from Cowboy Ciao makes Pumpkin Swirl Brownies

Cowboy Ciao 

Pumpkin Swirl Brownies 
2 cups (16 oz) butter
2 cups (16 oz) semisweet chocolate chips
6 large eggs
2 cups brown sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons salt
2 cups pumpkin puree
2 tablespoons oil
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon allspice

Preheat the oven to 350F and line a 9″x9″ cake pan with parchment paper and spray with nonstick spray.

Combine the butter and chocolate in a plastic container and melt in the microwave at 30 second intervals. Once melted, stir together completely.

In a large bowl combine the eggs, sugar and vanilla. Sift the flour over the mixture and add the salt.Stir until combined.

Put about a third of the batter into another bowl and stir the pumpkin, oil, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice into it. Stir the chocolate mixture into the remaining batter and spread into the prepared pan. Spoon the pumpkin mixture in dollops on top of the brownie. Swirl a knife through both to create a swirled effect.

Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until set in the middle. Makes about 16 brownies.
